Private Wine Tour

Your group only: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (up to 11 guests) and a local driver-guide for about 4 hours, to three Hill Country wineries you pick or we suggest. One flat price for the whole van, however many of you come (3 to 11). We reserve every stop, stock bottled water, snacks and a cooler for the bottles you buy, and pick you up at your Fredericksburg lodging.

What's included

• Private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and driver-guide, about 4 hours, start at noon (add an hour to finish at 5 PM for $175)
• Three wineries of your choice (or ours), every stop reserved for you
• Pickup and drop-off at your in-town Fredericksburg lodging, or meet at 709 W Main Street
• Bottled water, snacks and a cooler on board

Tastings, your way

• Tasting Pass, $89 per guest: a standard tasting at all three wineries, reserved and prepaid. Add one for each guest who wants to taste.
• Pay as you go: a glass, a flight or a bottle at each stop, paid to the winery.
• Premium experiences (cave tastings, food pairings) can be arranged on request and are priced by the winery.

Prices

• Whole van, 3 to 11 guests: $850 Sunday to Thursday, $1,095 Friday and Saturday ($1,195 on peak holiday and festival weekends)
• Extra hour: $175. Out-of-town pickup: $75 within 20 miles, $150 within 35 miles, farther by quote.

Good to know

• Book at least 7 days ahead so we can confirm your driver. Inside 7 days, send us a request and we'll do our best.
• A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is charged to your card on file 5 days before the tour (tours within 14 days are paid in full).
• Ages 21+ to taste. Gratuity for your driver-guide is never automatic and always appreciated.
